A Beautiful Union (“we,” “us”) operates team-only software called Mission Control to manage wedding projects and publish finished films.

YouTube. We use the YouTube Data API to upload, update titles for, and delete videos on our own studio YouTube channel so couples can view their films via unlisted links on our gallery pages. Couples and website visitors do not sign in with Google through this tool. Only authorized A Beautiful Union staff use Mission Control. Data we handle for this purpose. Wedding film files and titles we create; OAuth credentials for our studio Google account used only on our servers; and project details needed to publish a gallery. We do not sell this data.

Retention and deletion. Films and related gallery records are kept as needed to deliver and support each wedding. Staff may disconnect YouTube access at any time in the Google Account settings under “Third-party access,” which revokes our API access to that Google account.
